Originally constructed in 1927 as a two-bedroom, one-bath bungalow, the residence has received many upgrades over the years. The current owners purchased it in 1993, adding a master bedroom and bath in 1999, replacing the kitchen in 2008, adding solar panels in 2015, and are currently undertaking full electrification.
